How long does an inspection take?
Inspection Duration:
Standard Inspection: A typical inspection for a property of average size takes approximately 1.5 to 3 hours. This time-frame may increase for larger properties or if complex issues are discovered that require additional investigation.
Pest Inspection (Optional): If you choose to include a pest inspection with your standard inspection, expect an additional hour to be added to the overall duration.

Securing an inspection Time
Following confirmation of your inspection, we will send you a copy of our agreement for your electronic signature. This agreement can be conveniently accessed and signed directly from your mobile phone via SMS.
The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of service for both parties, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant process.
To secure your inspection appointment and ensure a smooth process, we offer two convenient payment options:
- Pay In Advance: For your peace of mind, you can make a secure payment before the inspection.
- Pay Prior to Report Delivery: Alternatively, you can choose to pay after the inspection and before receiving the final report.
We understand your busy schedule. If you prefer, we can happily contact your real estate agent to arrange access to the property. Alternatively, you are welcome to coordinate this directly at your convenience.
Findings and Reporting
For your convenience:
- Inspection Reports: You will receive your inspection report immediately following the completion of the inspection.
- Complex Reports: For more in-depth reports, you can expect them within a 24-hour turnaround.
Discussing the Findings:
We encourage you to be present during the inspection for any immediate questions or clarifications you may have about our findings. If you are unavailable on-site, we are happy to discuss the report with you over the phone at your earliest convenience.
